This range/oven is a good product; we have had no complaints so far. The only "problem" we've had is that the oven light stopped working a week after install. Best Buy is fixing that issue.

I read all the Besy Buy reviews,did the compares -some of the ovens weren't reviewed yet, but this one held up in the price range and had features that were rarely offered on lower-priced ovens. I only looked at Best Buy because other stores charge a lot to deliver - one company had three increasingly pricey delivery options - deliver to door, bring inside house and unpack, move it to kitchen and unpack and install. This is why I always use Best Buy - I don't have any other way to get it here and would really resent delivery fees - I am already looking at lower-priced models and adding $100 delivery would make me mad. This oven is self-cleaning, has interior light, window on door, delayed timer, timer, clock, fast heating burners, broiler setting, large storage drawer, and it is black and matches my other appliances. I'm very pleased..

I was shopping for an electric stove with coils, wanted something that looked new and up-to-date. I have stainless steel trim on my refrigerator, so wanted something that color, but not stainless, due to the difficulty in cleaning stainless. I bought this stove after reading reviews, had not seen the actual silver color. It is beautiful and looks like stainless but is so easy to clean. The oven is large, the lower drawer is larger than I imagined it would be, and the control knobs and control panel are easy to use and work well. I am VERY happy with my purchase
