All members of the Geek Squad that I have meet with were really polite, pleasant and very helpful. They also worked hard to set up my computer the way I wanted and needed, In addition, they worked with me to try various different items to make sure that I had the info that I needed. I was very happy with each person 3 different times !!

Perfect for my needs since I now have a Best Buy HP Omen plus two other non-BestBuy computers that are now all covered for three years! Came with free WebRoot protection which has given me headaches on one of my systems.
