This is a high quality product. The bar is heavy duty and provides excellent pressure as it smoothly rolls over tight muscles. Have used other rollers, none as good as this one.

Great product. It fits in the gym bag to roll out those tight muscles before or after a workout. Smooth bearings for effortless movements.
