This is a high quality product. The bar is heavy duty and provides excellent pressure as it smoothly rolls over tight muscles. Have used other rollers, none as good as this one.

I've been having issues with my IT band in my leg. This was recommended to me to massage my leg. I got it at Christmas and haven't used it enough to say my experience, but it's substantial and I believe will do the trick.

I love the color green, that’s what made me buy it. The roller pin in my opinion is a little short. I use it for my legs and sometimes arms. The angle isn’t great when I’m trying to massage the arm.

This massage bar has become my new best friend! I suffer from fibromyalgia and neuropathy and I have experienced a decrease in my pain and discomfort since I started using it on my legs. It also works great when your muscles are sore from working out or overexertion.

I had thought this was squishy firm foam, so it doesn’t work for the exercise I needed to do for my rotator cuff. It was too hard for me to run up and down my back
