Customers find value in the 43" Class H65 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV for its excellent picture quality, affordable price, and easy setup process. However, some users have experienced issues with freezing, slow performance, reliability, short lifespan, and remote control connectivity.
Overall this tv has a ton of features for the price. I did have to exchange it because of an issue with the screen having a blemish on the bottom left corner. Wasn't terrible in dark scene but when it had a bright white or solid color it was very noticeable. I attached a picture if you can see it. I tried living with just so I didn't have to mess with going to the store to exchange it. The replacement one has been great with no screen issues. Android TV is nice and the app selection is great. I like that if you are in a ppnlile Hulu and you turn the TV off, once you turn it back on you are still in the app. HDR works well too. This was the reason I updated my tv was to get time with HDR. Sound is ok on par with most TV's in this range. Remote has a mic so you can ask Google to play something or check the weather. The overall picture quality is good, I don't think it's as good as my 43" TCL but it is certainly good fore the money. Overall this is a very good value tv.

I purchased this as a secondary TV for mostly playing video games on my Xbox one x. This TV delivers HDR in 4K at 60 hz. Many in this size do not. The other aspect of this TV is the sound. My other 43” tv had to have a sound bar, but this one sounds great.

I usually don't leave reviews but I find that it might be necessary with this TV. The Good: It has a excellent picture once you tweak it a bit to your personal liking. The Bad: Oh my is the TV slow to respond to commands. My unit shipped with a faulty remote that Hisense did replace. The IR part of it did not work but the Bluetooth did. Android on this TV is almost useless. It is slow to respond most of the time. I have had to factory reset this TV about twice a week since I have owned it. Whatever CPU they have in it is severely underpowered. There isn't enough RAM either. I added four apps to the TV after I bought it (Plex, HDHomerun, Disney+ and HBO Max) which slowed it down to almost wanting to pitch it out the window. I uninstalled a bunch of apps that came with the TV because it was so slow. Didn't help not one bit. The only way I would recommend buying this TV is the price and using a separate device that has Android on it or whatever you use to stream your media. Hopefully I will have someone from Hisense get back to me about my issues with this unit. Oh I almost forgot the worst thing. When I opened the box it smelled like there had been a electrical fire inside it and the TV still smells that way just not as bad as when I first took it out the box. I thin I've gotten used to it.
