    Was great while it lasted. Excellent picture and worked great with my computer as a monitor. Android OS would lock up and crash many times more than it should. Sometimes the would need to be hard power cycled to turn on. But past that, wow the picture was excellent. I could not believe it was a bargain TV it looked so great. Then it died 1 and a half years of use. After the warranty expired too. Now this TV is done. I am saddened because even the use and experience was poor, the picture was excellent.

    I was very pleased with this TV when I first bought it. The picture and sound quality were both great. But the picture and sound quality do me no good if I can't watch it! I have three issues with this TV that make me regret choosing the Hisense Android TV. First, that the TV just shuts down and restarts whenever it feels like it. I'm watching a show and, without warning, it freezes up, shuts down and restarts. Second, much like the first, for no reason whatsoever, the TV just stops and shoots me back to the home page... no warning, or reason/error message given. The third, and the most frustrating issue, is when it the TV freezes and the remote looses all communication with the TV. I have no way to change channels, switch apps, or turn off the TV. Since it freezes, I'm thinking it's going to reset itself or pop me back to the home page, but no! The power button on the TV itself also quits working, so the only way to get the TV to turn off and work again, is to unplug it from the wall and allow it to reset itself. I chose the Hisense TV because I had a 55" TV that I had for several years and had no issues, so I felt confident and comfortable about purchasing a newer smart TV that had good reviews. I am sorry that I made the choice and am seriously thinking about replacing it already and I've only had it for a little over a year.

    Great TV but...

    It's a great TV for the price, the image is crispy and clean, the sound is acceptable and it has 2 USB ports what is a plus. It runs okay, and freezes and reboot by itself sometimes. You can get a lot of apps at the play store, but it doesn't have a browser like my fire stick. The worse thing about this TV is that I can't connect my phone to the TV at all!!! I returned my first one because I though it was defective , but the second also doesn't connect to my phone. I have downloaded the Google app, the Hisense app and nothing, my tv won't show in my network. I have tried contacting Hisense, and they told me to contact google since it is a Chromecast built-in. What a joke since they are the one who manufactures the TV and it is impossible to get assistance with Google. I have tried all the web tutorials to try to fix the issue and nothing.

    PROS: Beautiful picture, features, if you love your android phone as i do you will be right at home! CONS: Like a WIndows PC it has some bugs. Freezes at times,having to hard restart. Gets slow and glitchy at times. Not even a year old.. :(

    I guess you get what you paid for is a best example here. -The Wi-Fi keeps constantly disconnecting. I have to go into the menu and manually turn the Wi-Fi off and on again. -The performance is just so so bad. Not sure what kind of processor is in this thing but it runs Android TV very sluggish. Sometimes it takes up to 5 seconds for a command to respond. Nothing I have ever experience on any TV these days. -Once in a show there is constant lag on whatever is on TV. Happened on YouTube, Netflix and Hulu. The price was ok. Picture quality was good and the sound was decent for the size of this TV. I recommend staying away from this cheaper Hisense TV.

    Very pleased so far. Easy setup. Performance has been much better than previous smart TV. No issues with seeming to get bogged down and be slow to respond.

    This tv has a good setup as well as picture, but sometimes it won’t turn back on unless you unplug it. It also has a tendency to freeze.. kind of disappointed honestly. But it’s already up on the wall and my boyfriend refuses to take it down..

    The price of this TV was affordable. However, less than two years later is stopped working. Would not recommend purchasing this TV. I would not buy it again.

    Love this brand since we got the 55 inch model back in 2016... This 43 inch model was good for the home office for a while since the top of the year. Now it sometimes won't come on after being off all night, then when it is on for 2 or more hours, it flickers than cuts off or resets itself...Just Unbelievable

    I've had this television for 11 months, very slow, freezes up and shuts down time to time and now it has gone completely black, I've contacted Hisense still waiting to see how that goes

    This tv is terrible. It is only 8 gb and constantly gets full. Also constantly freezes. Wish I did not buy it.

    TV worked great for about 5 months. Now it freezes in the middle of a show. I have to always unplug it, wait a few minutes plug it back to get it working again. And by "working" I mean the tv is on but now the color is green and you can barely make out what's in the screen...so yep, unplug it and plug it back. Wait a few more minutes..and now you can watch it without freezing or green screen. I regret buying the tv

    This television has been terrible almost since the day i purchased it. It will shut off randomly, and not turn on randomly. It freezes up and certain apps do not function properly. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer multiple times and they are no help. They just tell you to do a firmware update. Which i have done twice and to no avail. Horrible product.

    I bought this 2 months ago. It worked great and had alot of features I liked. Now when I turn it on it constantly reboots and goes black. You cannot watch it. This product is totally junk. And you can get no one to help. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again. Do not buy this tv. It is a huge disappointment.

    it's all in the title really. a week or two out of the box the tv wont even play crunchyroll for 10 minutes without crashing. really bad hardware in this thing I guess.

    This tv is horrible. It lags soooooo much. It takes so long to do anything. when you push a button it has a huge pause before anything happens. Im getting rid of it.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
