Customers highly value the overall protection offered by the Shield Link case, but some have expressed concerns regarding the screen protector's durability and susceptibility to scratches. Difficulties with accessing the charging port due to the case's design have also been reported by several users. The screen cover's sturdiness and the ease of charging with the case on are areas needing improvement. A more robust screen protector and a more user-friendly charging port cover would enhance the user experience.
Over all the case is great a two piece slim design. Great waterproof protection I’m on the water a lot and have had zero issues. The one negative that I have found is the top piece with the screen protector attached, the screen scratches very easy and would have to replace the top park frequently if you do more than just work at a desk all day.

My daughter wanted a clear case for her phone. This was the only one we could find that was clear and strong. I only wish the cover for screen was thicker/stronger. It is a little flimsy.

I did appreciate the fact that it came with two face optons: one with the plastic screen protector and one without. Overall, the case was OK, but the plastic was easily smudged with fingerprints. The piece blocking the charging port fell right off as I was trying to close it and could not be put back on; which was kind of annoying, considering the price. Had to return it in the end.
