Great for email and shopping online, very fast. This laptop turns on and off very fast too. Perfect if you just need a laptop for searching online and checking email and social sites. The battery life is excellent. I can go days without charging it. It is also very light weight (compared to my Mac). It does not have any fancy programs and you cannot print directly from the laptop so be sure to look at the features to be sure you're getting features you need. This laptop was just what I wanted and I'm very happy with it.

This was a gift for my 11 year old granddaughter. It was very easy to set up and it is very user friendly. She just completed a school project and was able to navigate through all the programs with ease.
