computer did no work and could not be fixed, so it had to be returned

This is the worst laptop ever. I was excited when I got this for Christmas, but a few months later most of my space has been taken up. I’ve deleted almost everything, and I’m still running out of space. And it’s the laptop’s fault. It gives me a little bit of space, only to be mostly taken up by the files that let the laptop work. It’s unfair. It’s stupid. I hate, HATE, this laptop. While trying to download a game from origin, (The Sims) I didn’t have enough space, so I created a digital drive, with 23 TB, and at first it was working fine, and then it just crashed. “The file didn’t exist” and eventually it said “The file is corrupted” so, I fixed it, and it says the same thing. Now I cannot download and play a game that was spent money on because of this stupid laptop. It seems like it was poorly created, and honestly I would 100% rather buy a $1,000 MacBook, than this. I’d actually rather would buy a refurbished $300 MacBook, or any other PC than this.

I bought this computer off of a recommendation by the school i would be attending next semester. If I knew how bad this computer was and how much trouble it would give me in the future i would have spent the extra money to buy a mac. This computer has done nothing good for me. Examples of what t has done are as follows - Cant run any programs like word or excel. instead you're stuck with the google versions like docs and sheets which are basically like that off brand version of food your mom used to get at the grocery store. "Its the exact same thing". Like boi we can tell the difference and this version sucks - Constantly crashes and freezes on me. While I am working or taking a test this computer consistently restarts, locks, freezes, etc for no reason whatsoever. - Terrible build quality. The design of this computer is atrocious. The back is made of a tacky, rubbery substance that picks up the color of about everything it touches. The keyboard is a pain to use as it doesn't like to display the key you hit sometimes. . - The visuals on this thing are trash. I cant run 720p videos smoothly The screen quality is absolute garbage, all images come out brighter than they actually are on this thing, Overall i am very displeased with this product and I believe that it is a waste of time and money to buy this.
