I have only had this laptop for a couple of weeks can hardly put it down i have a tablet and home computer syncing is very interesting this laptop takes me to so many places Microsoft edge is amazing the support is also great i absolutely love this laptop

I was looking for a basic laptop to access my work email, (need access to internet explorer) shop online and read the news. I shopped online at best buys website and compared and contrasted price and features, and also read online reviews and decided on this laptop. Once I became more comfortable with what windows 10 and setting up my preferences and am liking it more and more. I do like Cortana"s help I must say!

We purchased this laptop in November 2016 (Black Friday Sale) for my son to start college this August. It has been and it still continues to run extremely slow. Locks up frequently during minimal task usage and with no more than two web pages open at a time. I have taken it back to the Geek Squad twice and they cannot explain, fix or replace the laptop. HP will not do anything. The 1 year Manufacturer's Warranty is hopeless. A complete waste of $600. There's probably a reason why this unit was not carried in stores and only available online. I have been a Best Buy customer for 25 years and it is a shame that they or HP will not resolve this issue and my son starts college in 3 weeks. Don't waste your time or money on this laptop.
