For the price ($108), not a bad investment. I try to keep a laptop & a desktop. My desktop bit the dust and this a suitable, inexpensive replacement. As noted in the product description, IT IS REFURBISHED -- so one should not expect too much. Bare, minimal installed features (It does have Windows 10). Initial anti-virus had expired, so installed AVAST (great free service) & C Cleaner to purge daily junk. I've only had it a couple of months, but it's doing fine. WARNING - comes with minimal start-up instructions.

Appears to be working fine so far, but haven’t really used it too much yet. The set up was rather time consuming since Microsoft support had to be called. According to Microsoft, Windows 10 was not installed correctly. Therefore, after sending in the specifications and proof of purchase, the desktop had to be remotely accessed to have Windows 10 reinstalled. All in all (with the explaining, transferring, downloading, etc...), it took about six hours to have a running computer. Still would recommend it but with exceptions.

Refurb received in poor condition with damage. Promptly sent a replacement but it had DVD drive inoperative. Looked inside, it was boldly marked bad. Poor quality control. Second returned for refund.
