For the price ($108), not a bad investment. I try to keep a laptop & a desktop. My desktop bit the dust and this a suitable, inexpensive replacement. As noted in the product description, IT IS REFURBISHED -- so one should not expect too much. Bare, minimal installed features (It does have Windows 10). Initial anti-virus had expired, so installed AVAST (great free service) & C Cleaner to purge daily junk. I've only had it a couple of months, but it's doing fine. WARNING - comes with minimal start-up instructions.

Appears to be working fine so far, but haven’t really used it too much yet. The set up was rather time consuming since Microsoft support had to be called. According to Microsoft, Windows 10 was not installed correctly. Therefore, after sending in the specifications and proof of purchase, the desktop had to be remotely accessed to have Windows 10 reinstalled. All in all (with the explaining, transferring, downloading, etc...), it took about six hours to have a running computer. Still would recommend it but with exceptions.

Refurb received in poor condition with damage. Promptly sent a replacement but it had DVD drive inoperative. Looked inside, it was boldly marked bad. Poor quality control. Second returned for refund.

Slight damage to case i had to repair otherwise a heavy-duty fast machine.

It includes a hard disk with win 10 pro is refurbished product key. Ok so like the time we used to really get into PC's was when the graphics era cranked out some decent video cards, and it was the drive to have a better pc than anyone you knew, but the tech with dual core processing started with this kind of processor with the PC I purchased. Now, it's graphics is an okay 64 MB video memory card (that is integrated) but if you do office or scholarly type work I would totally pounce on a PC like this one, it offers the cheap graphics card but who cares it is after all an integrated card and if the need for a video card is a must then consider installing one in the pci slot it has, for small form factor. Now I will say that I felt bad not getting a wireless card on it, because it did not come with it and rather the slot it would be in was left open, I simply taped it over with black electrical tape, but I luckily had a USB wifi dongle device to attach to the tower along with a CD for it's drivers and since it has a CD ROM I managed to install it easily, and now I no longer need that wireless card behind the desktop tower. What pulled me to get it was the affordable price, the free shipping, and the small dimensions it has, henceforth the Small form factor size of it. I also managed to install one of those driver download softwares out in the internet and got the updated chipset drivers to get the graphics to work with the right Performance settings. It does not overheat, and is compatible with 2.5" HDD as well. The refurbished product key is placed on the sticker to the side of the desktop tower and serves as a completely new product key, but if using a different hard disk (which is super easy to replace just make sure you get a 3.5 to 2.5 hdd bracket) you got 30 days to use the refurbished product key on the windows 10 sticker otherwise it will become useless. Hope this review helps, I feel this computer would sell more to younger people if it offered office suite or any other word processor suite with it.

Computer could be faster for a refurbished unit of it's cost. Windows cannot be properly activated, a key was never given.

Received but had bad CD/DVD Drive. Returned for refund. Handled return promptly and responsibly.

No wifi so be aware you need a hard ethernet connection. And no HDMI connections so need old school VGA monitor cable. Several USB ports for mouse, keyboard, etc. Set up was easy. Runs fine. Great price for a solid machine for basic computer needs.

This cpu is for general use and it is good for what it is going to use for. It will be used for browsing the internet, checking emails, and some homework. Everything is working fine so far and it seems like a good buy.

I bought this machine as a work machine so that I wouldn't have to worry about downloading spyware on my laptop. This computer performs exactly as well as I had hoped. FYI it's not compatible with Windows 11, but I won't have to worry about upgrading to that for a while and at this price point it'll be worth the interim.

I purchased this for my father in law that wanted a computer for basic internet usage and office. He loves it. It is much faster than his old computer and set up was easy.

works good for the price it plays games good it does office jobs at home it connects good with other devices
