    Absolutely horrible. Crashed multiple times while trying to install normal windows updates. Made a Windows boot stick and still wouldn't work. Took it back and got something else.

    it does not work, I need to bring it in and have the Geek Squad tell me what's wrong. I power it up and all I see on the monitor is no signal

    I was unable to attach to my hp monitor I purchased separately. Really sad this did not have hdmi cables

    Just opened today and the computer does not work! Ugh! When powered on the fan runs loudly, it beeps 4 times then powers off!! Smh. Thought I would take a chance on a refurbished computer but I guess you get what you pay for! Returning!
