This is a total injustice . I called Best Buy in Columbia and allowed the tech to troubleshoot this brand new product. He then after 30 Minutes trasferred me to a line that stated call back tomorrow the problem is it does not print any black . I installed the brand new ink it came with . I am totally dissatisfied

I purchased this refurbished HP 7855 printer at less than half of the price of a new one. When I opened the box, the only thing that hinted that it was not brand new was the included with it saying that it was refurbished. It was perfectly clean, without a single scratch or mark on it. I plugged it in, and turned in on, and it took off perfectly. Having used it for a while now, I have not had a single problem with it. If you are looking for a printer for color, auto two sided printing, along with scanning and faxing, this HP printer would be a great choice, and getting a refurbished unit offers a great savings with no observable penalty.

This printer works great! Although, the only con I will say about the printer is that it is a little loud. Other than that it is a really good printer and prints really well!
