This is a total injustice . I called Best Buy in Columbia and allowed the tech to troubleshoot this brand new product. He then after 30 Minutes trasferred me to a line that stated call back tomorrow the problem is it does not print any black . I installed the brand new ink it came with . I am totally dissatisfied

I purchased this refurbished HP 7855 printer at less than half of the price of a new one. When I opened the box, the only thing that hinted that it was not brand new was the included with it saying that it was refurbished. It was perfectly clean, without a single scratch or mark on it. I plugged it in, and turned in on, and it took off perfectly. Having used it for a while now, I have not had a single problem with it. If you are looking for a printer for color, auto two sided printing, along with scanning and faxing, this HP printer would be a great choice, and getting a refurbished unit offers a great savings with no observable penalty.

This printer works great! Although, the only con I will say about the printer is that it is a little loud. Other than that it is a really good printer and prints really well!

This is a very nice printer. It is big upgrade from our old printer. It was a great price and does multiple task that we didn't have . The only complaint that I have is the ink in the printer was old and dried up. We had to buy a new one. otherwise Im very happy with the printer. I highly recommend buying refurbish. This is our 3rd reburbish item we have bought for a great price and the printer included a free 2 year warranty.

I purchased this refurbished printer to save some money but it would not connect to my WI-FI and would not calibrate before first use. I had it print a test page and only half of each line was visible in black ink. The color ink printed fine. I had it 24 hours and returned it.

This printer was easy to set up and install. Very happy with the quality of the printer.

This HP all-in-one seemed like a great deal. Refurbished with a 2 year Geek Squad warranty, at half the price of a new one, how could I go wrong? First, right out of the box following the setup instructions, the printer would not calibrate, at all. The troubleshooter suggested aligning the print heads, failure. Next, clean the print heads. Three strikes and you're out! No cleaning, no aligning, no calibration= no printing. Second, the very small lcd screen with the scroll & touch function selection required so much pressure to scroll it typically entered the function you applied pressure to when trying to scroll. Third, the tray extension to keep the paper output from falling to the floor would not deploy. Yes, it has a lock-unlock function. Even in the unlock position it would not extend. In the end BB did what they do best. They took it back and gave me a full refund. I loved my HP-8620 purchased in 2015 which recently died; this unit seemed dreamed up by an entirely different company.

Great printer can’t even tell it’s refurbishedI bought a new printer in the NV 7500 line but I wasn’t thrilled with his performance so I tried this one. I love this printer. The top feeder is so convenient it prints Crisply and sharply and prints wonderful photos. I highly recommend this printer. Also, great price. It looks brand new and not used at all.

We are at the 8 month ownership timeframe and couldn’t be happier. The printer has never once been unavailable/offline, that I recall, when attempting to print a document or photo. Speaking of photos, the quality is very good. I always use good quality photo paper, so that may also help produce nice quality pictures.

Traded down from a Deskjet. For personal needs, this printer provides all the necessary functionality. As good as new when delivered, even though refurbished. Would have preferred separate color cartridges, though.

I am very happy that I purchased the refurbished printer. It looks and works like a brand new printer. Great all in one capabilities and print quality. I definitely recommend this printer.

It connected quickly and easily. All of the things we have printed have looked very good, The printing on the front and back of a page also works very quickly.

I fell in love with it. Great quality for printing. Photos come out great. Awesome for work and home. My girls like to print coloring pages from there IPads.

I purchased a refurbished one at Much less than the new Item price last mont， it performed well and up to my expectations!

I was leery of buying a refurbished item but when ahead and bought this printer based on the reviews. It was awful. Spent well over an hour trying to get it to connect to wi-fi. When it finally did connect, the print was awful. It would not align. The color ink was light. The black ink was nothing but horizontal lines that didn’t even remotely resemble the letter I tried to print. Customer service was difficult to reach, which I’m not complaining about because I understand in light of reduced employees due to Covid-19. I was just going to return it and purchase another one. I returned it to my local store and now they are out of stock.

This is a excellent printer and very easy to use for any printing needs.
