    I was a little worried about buying a refurbished item but am not sorry for doing so. It’s so far so good! It arrived fast, boxed well and set up was easy. Operation is as quiet as a printer can be.

    I have always purchased HP printers with no problems. I also have used Best Buy for all my electronics etc. But this is the first refurbished printer I bought and it was my biggest mistake! It won't even print a readable black and white page. I've only used it a couple times. Even though I purchased it in May it wasn't set up until a month or so after. Very disappointing!!

    At first, it would print only things typed on Word and not from the Internet. Now, it won't print anything. It's useless. Since it's already been "refurbished", there is nothing to be done with it but to throw it out.

    I order this Pinter online I waiting 1 week ,and when I receive is not complete. No power cable inside . Really is not acceptable from big company Best Buy
