Getting a refurbished item from a website is always a risk, but the Best Buy store clerk assured me that I can always return the HP laser printer to the store for a full refund (in the form of a store credit). I received the unit via UPS in just a few days. I thought it odd that the toner cartridges were already installed. Perhaps HP must be very confident in their product to ship it that way. It was easy to set up and I was pleased to see the ink level display showed four full cartridges. I was expecting much less since toner cartridges are not cheap. My first project was to print 52 weekly calendar pages. The job was done in 4 minutes. I also printed several full-page color pictures. All of them were flawless magazine-quality on 20 lb paper. The toner levels didn't budge from their full marks. I'm so glad I chose not to replace the ink in my old inkjet printer. Not only is it expensive, but it streaks and empties so quickly. It also dries out when left unused for several weeks. Lasers are much more dependable. I'm very pleased with this purchase. I should have bought another as a Christmas gift, but I gave my friend the old inkjet.

This printer works fantastic and the print quality is perfect! The only negative is that it can be finicky if you don't have super fast wifi. Otherwise, our family LOVES this compared to the multiple piece of junk Epsons that we have owned in the past! Never again! The toners may be expensive, but they last forever and will never gunk up the printer. So glad we coughed up the money to buy a quality printer....so worth it in every way!

Printing quality is good but the set up was difficult the instructions were poor and we could never get the wireless to connect.
