Getting a refurbished item from a website is always a risk, but the Best Buy store clerk assured me that I can always return the HP laser printer to the store for a full refund (in the form of a store credit). I received the unit via UPS in just a few days. I thought it odd that the toner cartridges were already installed. Perhaps HP must be very confident in their product to ship it that way. It was easy to set up and I was pleased to see the ink level display showed four full cartridges. I was expecting much less since toner cartridges are not cheap. My first project was to print 52 weekly calendar pages. The job was done in 4 minutes. I also printed several full-page color pictures. All of them were flawless magazine-quality on 20 lb paper. The toner levels didn't budge from their full marks. I'm so glad I chose not to replace the ink in my old inkjet printer. Not only is it expensive, but it streaks and empties so quickly. It also dries out when left unused for several weeks. Lasers are much more dependable. I'm very pleased with this purchase. I should have bought another as a Christmas gift, but I gave my friend the old inkjet.

This printer works fantastic and the print quality is perfect! The only negative is that it can be finicky if you don't have super fast wifi. Otherwise, our family LOVES this compared to the multiple piece of junk Epsons that we have owned in the past! Never again! The toners may be expensive, but they last forever and will never gunk up the printer. So glad we coughed up the money to buy a quality printer....so worth it in every way!

Printing quality is good but the set up was difficult the instructions were poor and we could never get the wireless to connect.

After spending tons of money in ink after all these years, I decided to purchase this refurbished laser printer. I did some research about spending a little more up front and saving over the long run on printing. Prints look better and I should spend less in the long run. I’m not techy so it took a minute to connect it to the wireless router, but now it runs seamlessly.

I just installed my printer yesterday. I have printed a few pages and copied in black and white & in color. The copies came out great and so did my printout. I will change my review should anything happen to change my opinion.

This all in one printer works perfectly, my only regret is I didn't purchase one with a feeder tray.

Even though a little hard to understand all the symbols on the control panel, it works perfectly for all of my needs.

So far so good on my side. Easy to use, scanning works great. I'm not sure if the price for a non-refurbished one is worth it.

good quality printer, able to print multiple copies without problems. Wifi a bit of a pain to setup and connect to devices.
