Great machine and great updates to older models. Makes all kinds of espresso drinks and has a hot water spout for tea. Grinds the coffee and makes your drink automatically. Don’t spring for the wifi add-on, it does not really do much.

Works well. Takes time to dial in good settings for your espresso. Milk cleaning tablets are prohibitively expensive - look up an alternative that you can make yourself. Would never recommend shipping through UPS. They failed to deliver my package on time (Signature required, driver supposedly signed for me and delivered when I was not home). Almost a month later the package showed up. Also - water tank was cracked.

Had it for 3 years, never had any problems or issues with it. Easy to use, even when it comes to cleaning, just follow on screen instructions…Great variety of coffee options just with the click of a button, no worries, no stress…
