Great machine and great updates to older models. Makes all kinds of espresso drinks and has a hot water spout for tea. Grinds the coffee and makes your drink automatically. Don’t spring for the wifi add-on, it does not really do much.

Works well. Takes time to dial in good settings for your espresso. Milk cleaning tablets are prohibitively expensive - look up an alternative that you can make yourself. Would never recommend shipping through UPS. They failed to deliver my package on time (Signature required, driver supposedly signed for me and delivered when I was not home). Almost a month later the package showed up. Also - water tank was cracked.

Had it for 3 years, never had any problems or issues with it. Easy to use, even when it comes to cleaning, just follow on screen instructions…Great variety of coffee options just with the click of a button, no worries, no stress…

We got this to replace a 9 year old Jura that was starting to fail. I was back and forth on this one as it was an upgrade over what we had but price was a little more then I wanted to spend. However we are truly happy with our decision to get the E8 its a great machine. it is super fast to warm up, a great deal quieter then the old one and a perfect cup of coffee is ready in seconds. There is no need to adjust anything you just press a button and one of the 17 coffee selections is in your cup. Of course you can just about tweak anything on strength or amounts to make it your custom cup.

Makes the best coffee, expresó. Not complicated everything on this machine is Easy easy to use. Way better then Starbucks.

Great espresso, jura quality, love the way milk system works and how it cleans itself, you really cant ask for anything else, a must for coffee lovers.. i had the E6 before this one but E8 has more automation and “hands off” approach, if you can make the extra splurge go for it.

I have tried a NUMBER (4) different Jura models from various vendors. This is the one we love the most We purchased with BestBuy protection plan also bc as an expensive machine - we don’t know how expensive repair might be. Best coffee you can have - suggestion use organic beans :-)

Was hesitant in making this purchase but now having it for over a month, I would purchase it again in a heartbeat. Haven’t been to Starbucks since.

Love this beautiful machine—fairly easy to operate at basic level and then as things become familiar new customizations start to make sense which are so easy to do! The instruction booklet is awesome as are the tutorials at Jura and other sites. I love the espresso and family and friends love the milk drinks and coffee as well. I’m glad to be using beans again w no plastic pods. Delicious, easy to clean per recommendations, and so quick to that lovely crema topped hot tasty beverage and aroma filling the house. I’m taking care to buy beans that aren’t oily which is challenging w my dark roast/medium/dark preferences, but so far so good!!!

After using it everyday for almost a year, it is great! Maintenance is simple, operation is easy, coffee options are customizable, and most importantly, it makes great coffee. We’ve stopped frequenting local coffee shops.

This is the 4th Jura machine that I have owned. I only wish that the coffee spout would adjust like my S9 machine to allow 14 ounce cups to easily fit. Otherwise, it produces excellent coffee and is easy to use. So far, I've made expresso, double expresso, americana, regular coffee, and have used th "extra shot" feature numerous times

The taste and quality of espresso smd coffee coming from this machine is absolutely incredible. As it should be for the price. Its extremely easy to set up and use. Maintaining it is simple as well. While there are proprietary cleaning supplies you'll have to use, at least you'll know that it cleans thoroughly. A lot of gripes have been made by the fact you'll have to buy filters and such, but Jura cares about their name and quality and they are making sure the machines live up to the price tag.

The Jura E8 has been delightful. The learning curve was quick. Coconut cream that I tried was too thick. Almond milk works very well. Laird unsweetened creamer (coconut milk blend) works very well. I'm very pleased!

This my second Jura. It has many good features, which all work well. Very easy to make cappuccino The Jura froths the milk automatically. My only problem is trying to get the Jura to make the coffee hotter.

While it is expensive, it is totally worth it. if you want a mixture of milk and non-milk based coffee , this is the machine. The coffee is mind blowing and totally worth waking up for :) Con - only thing i don't like about it is the number of options available, there is no real explanation of the type drinks that are available.

I purchased this machine after my jura F7 died after almost 9 years. It makes excellent espresso and is easy to use. The plastic is somewhat thin but overall I am enjoying the machine.
