Great machine and great updates to older models. Makes all kinds of espresso drinks and has a hot water spout for tea. Grinds the coffee and makes your drink automatically. Don’t spring for the wifi add-on, it does not really do much.

Works well. Takes time to dial in good settings for your espresso. Milk cleaning tablets are prohibitively expensive - look up an alternative that you can make yourself. Would never recommend shipping through UPS. They failed to deliver my package on time (Signature required, driver supposedly signed for me and delivered when I was not home). Almost a month later the package showed up. Also - water tank was cracked.

We got this to replace a 9 year old Jura that was starting to fail. I was back and forth on this one as it was an upgrade over what we had but price was a little more then I wanted to spend. However we are truly happy with our decision to get the E8 its a great machine. it is super fast to warm up, a great deal quieter then the old one and a perfect cup of coffee is ready in seconds. There is no need to adjust anything you just press a button and one of the 17 coffee selections is in your cup. Of course you can just about tweak anything on strength or amounts to make it your custom cup.

Makes the best coffee, expresó. Not complicated everything on this machine is Easy easy to use. Way better then Starbucks.

Great espresso, jura quality, love the way milk system works and how it cleans itself, you really cant ask for anything else, a must for coffee lovers.. i had the E6 before this one but E8 has more automation and “hands off” approach, if you can make the extra splurge go for it.
