The supplier must step up their game. It took way too long to get the item sent to a Best Buy store. The product was acceptable once it arrived.

The original battery didnt hold a charge long, neither does this one.

Battery fit as it should and has been holding a charge as it should. Longer term results could give it a 5 star rating if it keeps performing at this level.
