reasonable price and promptly delivered on time. battery life could have been better. it fits my laptop with no problem. voltage rating on the label does not match the bestbuy description but nevertheless it performs the way it should be. it's a good backup battery.

My daughter gave me this laptop because the battery would not hold a charge and had to remain plugged in to work. She searched for a battery but was unable to find one. I just happened to see a Lenmar battery for a laptop and found one for her laptop online at Best Buy. I have no complaints about this battery. I can use this laptop for a few hours when fully charged. A great substitute for a HP battery and at a little more than half their cost.
