reasonable price and promptly delivered on time. battery life could have been better. it fits my laptop with no problem. voltage rating on the label does not match the bestbuy description but nevertheless it performs the way it should be. it's a good backup battery.

My daughter gave me this laptop because the battery would not hold a charge and had to remain plugged in to work. She searched for a battery but was unable to find one. I just happened to see a Lenmar battery for a laptop and found one for her laptop online at Best Buy. I have no complaints about this battery. I can use this laptop for a few hours when fully charged. A great substitute for a HP battery and at a little more than half their cost.

Easy install, works well. Delivery was timely and price was good.

I bought this battery to replace my old battery which was at least 5 yrs old and couldn't hold a charge for more than 10 minutes. The new battery works well but it doesn't hold the charge as long as I thought it would. The charge only seems to last about 1 hour before I need to charge it again. Otherwise, it serves the purpose.

Needed a new battery and this one fit the need....

You get what you pay for. This battery was very economical but has a short battery life. However it does serve it's purpose. I can not complain.

It's extremely easy to replace the old battery with this one. Holds its charge for about 2-1/2 hours. I was hoping for longer.

This product would not hold a charge in my HP Pavillion Entertaient laptop. Poor connectivity ~ caps out at 68% charged. Very bummed about this. Stick to the manufactor battery.

It lasted nearly 5 years and did well. It might have lasted longer if the user (which wasn't me) had done what everyone needs to remember to do (and yet often doesn't do) with a dry rechargeable battery: Let it go completely dead at least once a month and then recharge it to full reserve.

I was taken through a series of steps saying what kind of laptop I had and the site told me this was the battery I need and it looked like it was. However when I went to pick it up and took it home to try out it wouldn't fit. I think it was made incorrectly because it looked exactly like my old battery but reversed/mirrored. So I had to return it.

I ordered this battery trying to decipher exactly which one to order, via model no., sn., and so on. Between Best Buy, who I purchased the computer from, it was an extremely difficult task. I don't think I received the correct one. When I set my Laptop down on a hard surface and pick it back 50% of the time the battery falls out. It a close fit, but not the correct one.

The battery seems to work although I haven't solved the problem

Went to BestBuy for a replacement battery for my HP laptop. Had to order it from the store. It was offered at a reduced price with free shipping to my house.

I was skeptical at first a bout ordering the battery. After I charged it up and left it unplugged I was very satisfied with the charge it kept.

Overall rating 5 stars. Easy to find the replacement number and place the order directly in the store.

The product supplied through Best Buy was less expensice when bought directly from Best Buy than a secondary Best Buy supplier.
