Good Battery For the price

Battery is defective.

I need to find out what we need to do to get a replacement. I'm sorry that this has taken awhile--wwe were out of town for approximately 12 days and did not have internet access.

Not the right product!

The battery is actually 11.1v/4640mAh. Guess I'll be heading to the store to return this like most of the other reviewers.

I returned it to store w/ no problem. I would recommmend buying this to a friend but I'd like it if it specified which "batter ion" it is.
