I've had a carbon X1 for about 2 years now and I'm probably going to replace it with something that isn't lenovo soon. The finger printer ready goes out for about a month at a time, the wifi can be flaky, and the bluetooth is questionable. The worst though is the Lenovo support. I would still recommend the laptop, don't get me wrong--it's first year of performance was solid and impressive. The weight is amazing and the power was great at the price point...just buy the extended warranty through best buy. Three year minimum.

This computer is very easy to use. Very light and fast.

Short story: Lenovo does not pre install Windows 10 nor do they provide a medium with same (even though packaging says they do). Only way to get W10 is through a lengthy on line download (several hours) or wait a week or so to get disc via surface mail. Ended up paying Geek Squad to install it so the cost of the machine now higher due to manufacturer not correctly representing operating system. Unfortunate and puts a black mark against the brand going forward.
