Only used it a few times but it’s so quite I have to go up to the machine to see that the water is running. It cleans well and it has so much space inside and love how the upper level is adjustable in height. So at this point my only issue is the drying of the dishes but have found opening the door a little bit after it has run its course helps. I am also playing around with the settings to see if I can get better drying that way. Installation went fine friendly seem to know what they are doing guys. Only issue there was they showed up an hour after my scheduled window but that has nothing to do with the product.

Very quiet. After first water test run by installer, inside was covered with white film. Cleaned it with vinegar, and all is good. Knocked off a star. The top mounted controls/display are somewhat visible with the door closed, but you can't read them, nor adjust them. Seems they should either be visible/usable, or not.

I've only had this a couple of weeks, but so far I like it. It's very quiet and seems to do a good job cleaning dishes. And I liked the 3rd rack.
