I have been trying for HOURS to dry the first load of laundry used in this thing. I even took half out to make it less and it’s still not drying. It’s set on all the highest settings. This is a HUGE disappointment considering the only reason I bought was because my old dryer’s heat source went out. Now this does not work- AT ALL!

There is no light inside which I did not realize would make a big difference but it does. Also, the machine itself is not loud, but you can hear the inside clinking real loud. For the price, I'll take it. Still getting the matching washer.

Plenty of options and easy to customize settings (i.e. time, temp.). One drawback is the smart sensor doesnt always stop the cycle when everything inside is dry. I do find myself rerunning it on a timed setting but otherwise, really love the dryer.
