Does not dry
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been trying for HOURS to dry the first load of laundry used in this thing. I even took half out to make it less and it’s still not drying. It’s set on all the highest settings. This is a HUGE disappointment considering the only reason I bought was because my old dryer’s heat source went out. Now this does not work- AT ALL!

Also, the machine itself is not loud, but you can hear the inside clinking real loud. For the price, I'll take it. Still getting the matching washer.

One drawback is the smart sensor doesnt always stop the cycle when everything inside is dry. I do find myself rerunning it on a timed setting but otherwise, really love the dryer.

Large capacity to dry whatever is needed. It pairs great with the matching washer in the laundry room. My clothes were dry after normal cycle.

Worst dryer ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hate this dryer so much. It does not dry. I’ve had 10 yr old dryers work better than this one. And I’ve had it less than 1 year. And the flow sense error keeps coming on but we have had the vent cleaned recently, there is plenty of air flow out the vent, and there’s never much lint on the screen. I need 3 normal cycles to dry a normal load of laundry. It bakes my clothes and there is no better setting. Worst dryer out there and I regret the purchase.

Damp clothes
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product sent back after clothes continued to come out damp! Regardless of load size, issue persisted. Had to add time and run on heavy duty cycle to resolve issue which I felt should not have been necessary. FYI...had a newer upgraded LG delivered and it performed the same. If the dryer sensor is the same, then LG’s with this sensor may exhibit this same problem. BestBuy customer service did an amazing job resolving issue!
