Bought an new item online and received today, and it’s a used one! You can see scratches on the box and mouse, also the seal is not original. I used to be very pleased with Bestbuy, now I feel very angry! Gonna return it!

Programmable, durable, and rechargeable. Got this one as a back-up for my black one that I've had for over a year. Great mouse. Easy to program.

I'm an IT Manager, and this is my second MX Master mouse - now using one in my home office, and another at the work location. I have never had any issues - solid connectivity, excellent responsiveness, works well on all surfaces, and very comfortable for me to grasp (large hand size). The mouse is very attractive, and I highly recommend for any demanding users, with high usage and professional requirements.
