Bought new but received a used one!

You can see scratches on the box and mouse, also the seal is not original. I used to be very pleased with Bestbuy, now I feel very angry! Gonna return it!

Terrible tracking.

It tracks horribly. It flies to places on the screen where it is not wanted; and causes me to click on things I don't want to click on. I am forever backing out of unwanted pages and ads. I've gone back to using my $10 mouse. It works much, much better!

Great comfortable mouse, but drops connection

But this loose connection to pc temporarily and reconnects which makes it not usable. Logitech support is worst, response is very poor takes 4 to 5 days to responds to request. Working with the support team for more than 3 weeks still no resolution provided.
