The xbox came in looking brand new, the packageing was little concerning in my opinion. one sliver of bubble wrap. The controller has issues with the start and select buttons but thankfully I already had an extra controller. So no big deal to me. Besides that packaging and the two buttons it works wonderfully and it looks like i got it from the store brand new. The inky issue i had, which this is not best buys or geek swuads fault at all. Was UPS took it to the wrong house. Thankfully it was my neighbor and they brought it over to me, but yeah almost wasted money due to a driver nearly giving a xbox to someone for free

I finally gave in and purchased a new console and went with the refurbished Xbox One 500gb. I have to say the console itself is very sleek and looks nice just as it sits there on my tv console. The graphics are great on games and setting up all my favorite apps like HBO go and Netflix and Amazon Prime Video were all fairly simple. I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished version of the console but bestbuy offers a 2 year warranty where if anything goes wrong with the console they will give you a new one. So overall I think it’s a great purchase that is well worth the money.
