The xbox came in looking brand new, the packageing was little concerning in my opinion. one sliver of bubble wrap. The controller has issues with the start and select buttons but thankfully I already had an extra controller. So no big deal to me. Besides that packaging and the two buttons it works wonderfully and it looks like i got it from the store brand new. The inky issue i had, which this is not best buys or geek swuads fault at all. Was UPS took it to the wrong house. Thankfully it was my neighbor and they brought it over to me, but yeah almost wasted money due to a driver nearly giving a xbox to someone for free

I finally gave in and purchased a new console and went with the refurbished Xbox One 500gb. I have to say the console itself is very sleek and looks nice just as it sits there on my tv console. The graphics are great on games and setting up all my favorite apps like HBO go and Netflix and Amazon Prime Video were all fairly simple. I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished version of the console but bestbuy offers a 2 year warranty where if anything goes wrong with the console they will give you a new one. So overall I think it’s a great purchase that is well worth the money.

I'd never have guessed this console was refurbished if I didn't know from making the purchase. Runs smoothly and quietly. Great value!

Great games and a decent Blu Ray player, what more do you need... Maybe an external drive for storage then your set.

Bought for my son to replace. Older Xbox 360 and the graphics are much better

Bought this for my daughter as she was the only one of my kids who didn't have an Xbox One, but didn't want to pay the cost of a brand new one. Worked fine when we first set it up. Shortly after it stopped letting her play games she inserted in it. It wouldn't register that they were even there. We had to completely reboot the system. That was a couple of months ago and since then it has worked fine.

In all of my 40 years I have never seen a shipment so bad that the Xbox was out of the box. Paid $245.00 dollars for a broken Xbox that arrived on a very tight box that all 4 corners have dents and plastic broken all the way. The inside sounds like there are parts loose. Went to the store to get a refund and they couldn't find the serial number to make the refund. Tried to return it online and the return process kept on giving me an error. This has been the worst buy ever I have ever experience in my life.

COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY WITH THE PRICE I PAID. WELL WORTH IT. BOUGHT THE EXTENDED WARRENTY TO GO WITH IT, WHICH WAS NOT TO MUCH MORE.

the price was right for this refurbished device. I wanted a game system, and the price was right. I like the x-box and enjoy playing games on it

Bought this one to expand the game choices for the playroom. Plays great and is what is expected, Xbox is a great console for the family!!

Definitely an improvement over the 360 I had. I know that the new system comes out soon, but wanted something like this for awhile now.

Have purchased many new units and used. The refurbished unit looked brand new and has been great.

I really only use it for streaming Netflix, Hulu, CW and Prime Movies. Works great for 4K movies also.

Looks and runs fine,I found no marks, Scratches, etc. came in original box, all Assy.in Factory bags

the games in 4k look super good on a 4k tv, xbx is fast

this things works just like new, with no issues at all. saved alot of $ at the time
