A: This product came packaged just like a brand new console. It was neatly sealed and everything inside the box was packaged just like a new console and all of the wires and manuals/warranty paperwork was there. You shouldn’t have any reservations to buy a refurbished console. I had the same reservations, but their refurbished console was just like new.
