Very solid MLB game. Base running is a little unrealistic but other than that the game has a realistic feel to it. Nice graphics as well. Overall for the price you will pay now it is a great value.

I am 60 years old and still enjoy a good video game. This baseball game is one of them. Pitching the ball to hitting the ball is easy and fun. It takes a little while to figure some of the moves and where to threw the ball but if you play enough you will get the hang of it. You got to remember I am 60 and might not be as fast as a young person but can play against anybody.

The game is good, fun to play, graphic are pretty good. But there are some bad parts about this game, one of them being the cpu, the computer program that controls the other team along with portions of your team, is just stupid. For my team, the cpu will make a player dive back to the base even if there are 2 outs, and the ball is a line drive to the gap. Then the fielding mechanics for the outfield are not too good either, when I want an outfielder to field a ground ball and throw it to a base, I want it to be in all one motion like it really is, not take a crow hop, pause for like a second then take another crow hop and finally throw the ball, I cannot tell you how many runs I have given up because of that. Then with the cpu controlling the other team, one noticeable glitch I've seen is when a base runner will keep running till he reaches home plate, even if I have the ball at 3rd base he'll round second then run right by me at third and own his way to home, it's an easy out for me but it's not realistic, which I like to play as realistic as possible, that makes it more fun. And there have been a few glitches with the background people, and in the graphics.
