Very solid MLB game. Base running is a little unrealistic but other than that the game has a realistic feel to it. Nice graphics as well. Overall for the price you will pay now it is a great value.

I am 60 years old and still enjoy a good video game. This baseball game is one of them. Pitching the ball to hitting the ball is easy and fun. It takes a little while to figure some of the moves and where to threw the ball but if you play enough you will get the hang of it. You got to remember I am 60 and might not be as fast as a young person but can play against anybody.

The game is good, fun to play, graphic are pretty good. But there are some bad parts about this game, one of them being the cpu, the computer program that controls the other team along with portions of your team, is just stupid. For my team, the cpu will make a player dive back to the base even if there are 2 outs, and the ball is a line drive to the gap. Then the fielding mechanics for the outfield are not too good either, when I want an outfielder to field a ground ball and throw it to a base, I want it to be in all one motion like it really is, not take a crow hop, pause for like a second then take another crow hop and finally throw the ball, I cannot tell you how many runs I have given up because of that. Then with the cpu controlling the other team, one noticeable glitch I've seen is when a base runner will keep running till he reaches home plate, even if I have the ball at 3rd base he'll round second then run right by me at third and own his way to home, it's an easy out for me but it's not realistic, which I like to play as realistic as possible, that makes it more fun. And there have been a few glitches with the background people, and in the graphics.

Best baseball game out, hands down. great game for any fan. The price is right on the ps3 version.

Only game my hubby plays. The Show will no longer be made for PS3, so we will have to upgrade to a PS4 for the next edition.

MLB the show 16 has been a fun game to play on PS3.

I'm glad that the only baseball sim game is as good as this game is. The pitching is spot on and if I had a little better depth perception, I'd be a solid Hall of Fame difficulty player. Easy to pick up an learn.

Outstanding! Great player evaluations. Love the ability to make personal adjustments and changes (players etc) with ease. Minor base running issue when set to auto as runners might freeze between bases

This game isn't so different from previous entries of the show. But it improves upon what's already great about games in the series. Considering it's the only realistic baseball game on the market this is your only choice, but that's not a bad thing. The game looks great, but looks marginally better on ps4. They've refined things like baserunning and have the up to date players and stats. If you're looking for a fun game for all your baseball needs you wont be disappointed!

I heard Great reviews for the PS4 version, but this game still looks Good on PS3. Graphics are better than expected, gameplay is still solid, & the game is just fun to play. This version doesn't have everything that the PS4 version has, but it is still an Overall good game. Sony put a lot of Quality work into this game.

I get a new mlb the show about every 4 years and am not disappointed in gameplay. However it appears they didn't do much to change much else on the PS3 and some of the stadium updates done in real life over the past few years did not make their way to this version.

My boys love this game. Highly recommend this to any sports lover.

I bought this game last week and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my husband. Instead, he opened the package upon its arrival and just couldn't wait to play it, see new strategies, graphics, etc. Super fast shipping, too.

I'd have to say that last year's game was maybe a bit more solid, but The Show is still a solid franchise as a whole. I have this for PS4, but this PS3 version completes my collection (every iteration since The Show 2006, on all platforms - PS2, PSP, PS3, PS Vita, and PS4)!

We got this game for our 10 year old son who loves baseball. If he's not watching it on TV, he is outside playing ball or sitting in is gaming chair playing it on the play station. It's a fun game he enjoys playing.

This game is much better than previous versions, you can start over from the beginning and work your way up to the big leagues in real time. Games are also shorter and you can only play your part if you choose.
