I Have had 3 Motorola phones before and this was bad out of the box. After I installed the sim and rebooted it says no command with a dead droid icon, it might reboot if it wants to which may take over an hour. I am returning this 1 day old phone and going back to the Moto X pure edition I still have .

I bought this unlocked phone because I didn't want to get the so called "free" phones that you're stuck with a plan or have to buy an additional line with. I already had an older phone that wasn't working very well anymore and wasn't powerful enough to run my newly purchased fitness device. Plus, I just wanted to upgrade with my same phone plan at no cost. With this I kept my same plan at same cost, no change or additions to the plan necessary. Also buying a phone from a phone carrier at full price will cost twice as much and the Best Buy protection plan is much lower. The phone has very nice functionality (love the fingerprint feature to open) and plenty of RAM to run my advanced fitness watch device. Also has plenty of space for all the apps I use. I've had it a week and have not had any troubles with connecting to WiFi (home or away) or towers. My carrier was great about setting it up (transferring data and chips) in their store at no cost and also showed me some tricks to save money (T-Mobile has been awesome by the way).
