Customers are satisfied with the Otter + Pop phone case's protection, Pop Socket functionality, and ease of use. Many appreciate the case's design and the improved grip it provides, making the phone easier to handle. However, some users experienced issues with wireless charging due to the Pop Socket. A few customers also noted that the case added some bulk to the phone.
I was excited to see this case with a pop socket on it for sale. I have not been happy with this product as the pop socket falls off easily and now the back is coming off. The case is pretty basic, nothing amazing.

Just got a new phone and needed a case. Had a Pop Socket on my old phone for a while, but it stuck out a bit and always caught on my pocket when putting it in. Also, the Pop Socket didn’t stick to my other phone case, so I couldn’t use one. Enter the OtterBox pop series of cases. It smooths out the Pop Socket by having it built in. It still sticks out a little when not popped out, but not nearly as bad as a Pop Socket on a flat case. The case is a little bulky in order to house the Pop Socket, but not too bad. It’s protective and very light. Bonus is you can swap out Pop Sockets to customize it, if you want. Have to buy the swappable ones, not sure if they all are now. OtterBox quality.
