I use the earpiece 8-10 hours per day and it holds a charge just fine. I have asked the caller about sound quality and they say it sounds like we are speaking face to face. NOTE: You may need the hand set lifter for your phone if you use it with a desk phone.

I've ordered these headsets for our sales and customer service staff for several years with good results. I haven't found a comparable headset that is better for our purposes.

This headset works great. I have started distributing these across our facility and we love them. The distance on them is awesome.
