    I use the earpiece 8-10 hours per day and it holds a charge just fine. I have asked the caller about sound quality and they say it sounds like we are speaking face to face. NOTE: You may need the hand set lifter for your phone if you use it with a desk phone.

    I've ordered these headsets for our sales and customer service staff for several years with good results. I haven't found a comparable headset that is better for our purposes.

    I use this in my office every day. The multifunction from the base is easy to use and fully compatible. I would recommend this to everyone. The Bluetooth to the cell phone is crystal clear and the VOIP is amazing for the dialer on my pc.
