These TVs started out good, but then would turn off after 10-15 minutes. Returning them for a different brand. Maybe it was just these 2 and not the brand, but going to try something else.

Worked great for a few months and then noticed it scratches and dvds or cds put in, and now it just won’t recognize any dvds. Takes forever to load up. Not recommend.

I wasted both my time and effort to get these items installed in my vehicle. The installer seemed unsure of himself and how to get the items working in my vehicle. In the end the installer said that both items we're malfunctioning and glitchy. I had to return both items and wait until the funds were credited back to my account. The installer was more concerned about trying to get the work done so he could go watch a baseball playoff game. I don't recommend Best Buy to install anything in any vehicle for anyone based on this overall crappy experience.
