Kept turning off

Returning them for a different brand. Maybe it was just these 2 and not the brand, but going to try something else.

Takes forever to load up. Not recommend.

Overall crappy experience questionable installer

The installer seemed unsure of himself and how to get the items working in my vehicle. In the end the installer said that both items we're malfunctioning and glitchy. I had to return both items and wait until the funds were credited back to my account. The installer was more concerned about trying to get the work done so he could go watch a baseball playoff game. I don't recommend Best Buy to install anything in any vehicle for anyone based on this overall crappy experience.

Like time traveling back to 2003
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Top to bottom this is a bad product. The instructions do not explain what the random green wire is. I assume it is the FM transmitter (which sounds horrible and is unusable). The screen resolution is only 480p which is not good. It's not touch screen. It has video/audio out cables, but if you connect two units together (so one DVD will play on both screens) the audio out will ONLY go to the output. Meaning you cannot connect headphones to each unit, you'd have to connect them both to the same unit. The audio can't be sent to 2 places. I cannot strongly enough state that this is a bad product and you should buy a tablet or a portable DVD player. At a comparable price point they would be better in every way.
