If you wish to do so, please do so with discretion and with the help of a trusted expert because damage to your dash cam or vehicle from improper installation is not covered by our warranty. Professional installation of the hardwiring cable is highly recommended. While yellow usually refers to the B+ and red to the ACC, the colors of the cables are not reliable indicators. Please inspect the cables to identify the cable. The B+ needs to be connected to a fuse that remains powered on when the engine is off while the ACC needs to be connected to a fuse that will turn off when the car is off. Please also be reminded that you need to enable Parking Mode in the settings to activate Parking Mode. Thinkware Customer Support
