    Works great with my Thinkware camera system.

    I purchased this cable to use with the Thinkware car camera system that I also purchased at Best Buy. It works great for the intended use, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to use the camera system without any wiring into the vehicles fuse box. I have had Thinkware car cameras through the years, and they have always preformed great.

  • I do not want to hardwire the Thinkware Q200 2K QHD dash cam to my vehicle. Will this eliminate the need to plug the dash cam into a cigarette lighter, or is this strictly to enable parking mode?

    Hello! If you wish to install the dash camera using the cigarette lighter adapter, the parking will not be enabled. For the parking mode to be enabled, you can either install it using the OBD ll power cable or using a external batter pack.
