• if the hearing aids are in-ear and do not loop around the outside of the ear, i would think that these would fit over them comfortably.

• I think that they do work. These headphones go over the ear and don’t touch the inner ear so I think they would work well.

• I believe so. I think it would fit perfectly snug around the hearing aids.
