Try switching the charger. If that doesn’t work try factory reset.

Please try again later.I have had similar problems with both of my earbuds and the wqy i resolved the problem each time is, 1. take a qtip and clean the connecters which joins the earbuds to the case where the earbuds charge. Indo this regularly so as not to obstruct the currents flow between the case and the earbuds. 2. Your eartip or wingtip might not be seated properly, if they are not seated properly, the earbud the earbud will not connect to the case.
