• Hey there, and thanks for your interest in our microwave! We know how important an option to mute can be, and we’re glad to advise you can indeed choose to mute notification sounds, if you wish. The sound level can be adjusting by pressing the Settings button, turning the dial to select Sound Level, and pressing the dial to enter. Then you can turn the dial to set Sound Level to mute, low, normal or loud and press enter to activate. We hope this information is helpful.
