• the cover never shows any power use worth mentioning when you look at the usage levels.

• When you close the cover it shows the time for about 4 seconds. It also displays a callers number when a call is coming in. It does nothing to charge your phone. I like the case, easy to keep clean however the single inside pocket only holds 3 cards.
