• Notifies of calls but cannot speak on watch. And displays text msgs.

• Yes as long as its connected to your phone. It does not have it's own LTE data.

• Hello Neny, that's a really good question! You can quickly and easily view incoming messages on this watch and send replies, and you won't even need to take out your phone. However, it does utilize the built in mic for Bixby interaction only and is not able to take calls directly on the watch. ^Elizabeth
