The remote that comes with the tv has dedicated buttons for major apps like Netflix, Prime and Disney+. It also has voice command feature that once set up with Amazon Alexa will operate your tv selections with voice commands.

On the TV remote control, press the TV button to display the TV menu. Set your TV to the channel you want to add as a favorite. On the remote control, press the ↑ (Up) button and add the channel to favorites from the menu. Note: The menu items will vary depending on the status of the Favorites function. Showing your favorite channel is also a lot easier. On the remote control, press the TV button to display the TV menu. Select the item you want to watch from Favorite 1 to Favorite 4 displayed at the bottom of the TV screen. I hope this helps. Erin
